All the calls will be sent five days before the commencement of the data collection. The study will primarily recruit the rural populations to fill out assessments on the effectiveness of dietary education in reducing BMI percentiles. This will mean that there will be no expectation for the adults to participate in additional activities like the study or endeavor to lose weight as part of this study.
